App licence

The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These service terms do not replace that licence or limit your mandatory consumer rights.

Your content and use

You keep ownership of your content and permit MyTrips to store and display it to provide the service and share it with your chosen trip participants. Upload only content you have permission to share. Do not post unlawful or abusive material, violate another person’s privacy or bypass access controls.

MyTrips organises plans. Verify travel details with the relevant provider.

Google Maps features

MyTrips includes Google Places information. Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy, linked below.
